Slow paced start to the day. I took a slow walk before breakfast as the sun rose. Although I'm not doing the retreat thing here at the priory, there is a sense of peace beyond the quiet here that I find renewing.

It is times like these and places like these that for me reconnect with the source and help me live life, and I need to keep coming back to drink it.
