A Vintage Christmas

Dear Diary,

A fun day of Christmas shopping in Bridgton, wandering in and out of the many little shops that line the main street.  This is one of my favorite vintage shops.  I am a sucker for this kind of shop.  I had my eye on that blue and white platter but I resisted.  I was shopping for other people, not for me!  I did like the blue and white display though.

There was a wonderful new shop called Scout where I did score several great gifts and the Bridgton Book Store, a favorite of mine, had several more gifts waiting for me...along with Serge the store cat.  He is adorable and a great help in choosing just the right gift.  I resisted buying a book for myself, as I said, it is time to think of others!
