Christmas Market!

Archie had a bonus visit from Elizabeth today - she had the day off. And what a gorgeous day it was too!

We took advantage of his absence and went into town for a wander. Yes, this included the Christmas Market. Exactly the same as last year's one. And the one before that. Still, it was crowded, and everyone was happily eating, drinking, shopping and whirling around on scarey big flying machines.

We soon had seen enough of the market - well, I had - there was still more of the same down a level (where they recently cut down 52 trees), so we wandered off for lunch. We had a nice shared lunch at All Bar One, then popped in to Cairngorm Cofee, where we enjoyed the playlist and the coffee.

Our bus was waiting for us at the stop (love that!) and it was jam-packed, but I was pleased to see that all the young folk kept getting up to give seats to old codgers (us). Elizabeth came home with Archie and helped him into Day Three of his doggie Advent Calendar. What excitement!
