Treading on ice

 
Pockets of ice were in the car park this morning as I gingerly made my way for my first swim since knee surgery.
 
To say the water was cold would be an understatement.  By the time I discovered this I was half way in. Apparently the pool had been closed for over a week for repairs and it was just heating up again.

On a warmer note we are off to see the ballet Nutcracker streamed live from London at the Macrobert arts centre, part of Stirling university.
