Soup-er
TM heroically skinned, chopped and roasted the last of the pumpkins this morning. Ten, in all - that's going to be a lot of soup, tucked away in the freezer for the cold days of January.
While they were in the oven we got out for a walk around Lindean Loch. The sun was shining and it was really quite warm, but a bit muddy underfoot. It's a favourite winter haunt of goldeneye, but today there were just a few swans. There's an interestingly rusty boathouse too, which I'll add as an extra later.
