Last Walk

Our dear Millie went to sleep for the last time today. She has been ill for some time and her condition was getting much worse. She managed a short walk to a puddle this morning, laid down in it, then just about managed to get home. She had not eaten for almost 2 days and was losing weight so fast every day she looked more awful than the day before. Her 12th birthday would have been in 11 days. We will miss her so much. The additional pic is of her with our beloved George, who passed away just over a year ago. Bye bye best friends.
