Boxing Day 2018

We decided to skip the Wednesday food market this morning.  We went off to change a T-shirt I'd bought for Bb and ended up wandering around for most of the day.  We stopped for lunch at this little nothing-has-changed-for-years restaurant (braseiro, Domingos Ferreira) and sat cheek by jowl with the Cariocas.  At some point in the conversation we talked about missing the dice game Yatzee and so set off to buy 5 dice (die really), (quite easy), a wee container for shaking the dice (bit more difficult), score sheets (a challenge as we had to find a place with internet access and a printer and google the score sheets), then last but not least, we dropped by the flat to pick up a tea-towel as we don't like to annoy people with the noise of throwing the dice on the table when out and about. Finally, we sat down in 'Pontinho' up past the Santa Clara Hotel and enjoyed a few games.  Just for the record, I'm ahead :-).
