Toad in the ...

...box! How apt for Boxing Day! Found him on the allotment hiding amongst the cardboard. Also very relieved to say I also found Greta clucking outside the coop! She had obviosuly hidden herself very well from Oscar and wasn't going to risk coming out into the open again to go into the coop for the night! She got first go at the treats I had taken up!
I was  amazed to find both roses and blackberries flowering - it's just so mild! As I had left Oscar at home I spent some time clearing a bed and covering it in the wool and cardboard my Gousto food arrives in! 
A great walk on Kit Hill mid morning with sunshine and two spaniels for Oscar to chase and be chased by! 
Such a perfect day!
