The Forgiving Nature of Plants

Just before I went to NZ I was giving my maiden hair (that lives in my bathroom) a good watering. I felt sick to my stomach that I had filled the watering can that I have disinfectant in. I quickly put it in the shower and tried to flush...unfortunatley I was too late.

When I got back I didn't think it was going to make it...most of the lovely green leaves brown and crispy. Needless to say I have been taking good care and I gladened my heart when I walked into the bathroom this morning with the light coming through the window and it was all green and lovely again.
It was a bit of a boring pic so I had a play.
The stained glass round was made for me by two dear friends for a birthday a while back.........one...Trinda is no longer with us so I like to keep it close..it is based on a Leunig character ...the Gargling Angel.....it always makes me smile.
