Near the border

We had a 4 mile walk up near Alwinton - the walking group were doing a rocky path unsuitable for me, so Mr C and I took a better track to Rookland farm and back, then met the others in the pub for lunch.

I think it’s a great name for a pub near the walking route between Scotland and England. More than I can say for the food.
