Silly Saturday

I had my hair cut and coloured this morning, well actually this morning and this afternoon as it took a while. Afterwards I went to visit a friend in hospital and that was the day gone. We had a brief respite from the snow this afternoon but it has started up again. Looking out the kitchen window I saw this funny figure with a hat on. Thought it would be good for Silly Saturday hosted by Admirer.
