Agapanthus
I was running out of time and felt I wanted to try and find a blip other than the birdies drinking at the bowls. They were coming in thick and fast tonight and I noticed a little wallaby slurping away from the big green bowl quite late tonight. How happy are we that they know there is a consistent supply of water for them at Wombat Hollow. I decided to try my hand at the good old Agapanthus that came with our arrangement from Bob and Irene the other day. The colour of the Agi is quite special I think.
It’s been another hot one today and we bunkered down once again. The good news is, we’re becoming expert couch potatoes and have enjoyed watching the tennis at the Australian Open. It’s 10:47 as I type and I’ve just checked the state of the tennis. There are two girls still waiting to get on to Margaret Court Arena to play their match and the men are still going. They’ve just gone into the fourth set. Can you imagine starting a match in a Grand Slam at midnight!!
