Different kind of blue

Those January blues are finally fading away :-)
Woke up after a sound nights sleep to beautiful blue skies, feeling much brighter!!

Today has been an early walk in lovely surroundings, then on down into town for a coffee....... then we decided to have an early lunch, before a brisk walk back home.

Then I was off to collect youngest son as he had his eye check up in Liverpool. He is currently on crutches having injured his medial ligament in his knee playing football!
He managed to track down a partially sighted team, with coaches etc which he was excited about, and after his first session his knee injury flared up....so frustrating for him!

Its been xrayed but after 13 days its got worse so after the eye hospital we were back over to the other one for another check on his knee.
I had to leave him there and his wife went to pick him up on e she finished work.

Just finished a quick dinner here and now time to get ready for the quiz........no rest for the wicked eh?!! I must have been really bad haha!!!!!!!
