Busy wee day today. Started with a ViPR class at 0615 and finished with a Bodystep class at 1730. Had two major highlights this week - Sunday's RPM with Shona and Thursday's run with Lynne. Although looking forward to a wee rest day tomorrow (and perhaps build my new bike)
