Big Weekend – Dean Village

Today was the urban race in Edinburgh University’s Big Weekend of orienteering. As Edinburgh is hosting the World Orienteering Championships in 2022 the city centre is embargoed for orienteering so this year they had to hold the race to the north and west of the centre. We started at the Gallery of Modern Art One, went to the Dean Village then onto the Exchange before heading back to the Dean Village and the finish. It was well planned by Callum and apart from hurting my knee I really enjoyed it. The blip is the start at the gallery.
