Limp Flag
It's got wound around the staff. I don't know why the flag is flying in Potton, but it feels like a symbol for the UK at the moment.
And Potton is probably feeling a little besieged at the moment, or at least threatened with a siege. The National Infrastructure Commission has a plan ("notional", I gather) for up to 44,000 houses around a "Green Heart", part of which is Potton. So the rather lovely mosaic, not too long installed on the library in the centre, will represent a distant memory if the NIC's plan comes to pass. The Extra photo is of the mosaic.
