Frozen reservoir
This afternoon marked another step in my rehab programme- the longest walk I have done so far and the first time I have visited Cocksburn reservoir since knee replacement surgery over four months ago.
And there have been changes. The reservoir, now owned by the local fishing club, is drained, no idea why, and there is a proper path around it, part of the deal agreed for placing the giant pylons carrying electricity from the north of Scotland to the central belt across The Ochils.
Despite a massive local campaign to get them put underground that failed, we are left with these blots on the landscape, and some paths as compensation.
