A Much Needed Lunch Break

A breeze blowing today, but mostly sunny.  Typical, it clouded over by the time I parked up for lunch.  A couple of showers in the afternoon, but clear skies tonight. 

I've been working on the museum desk all day.  I had a busy morning preparing for school visits.  Skeld was self guided, and then there was Sandwick school and I gave a tour on crofting.  The afternoon was quieter, and managed to work with some photos.  Mostly a lazy evening, walkies with Sammy, and then off to work in the pub later. 

The Sandwick bairns exhausted me on the tour!  They had been at the cinema before coming to the museum, and all were hyper.  They also were running late, so I had them until after 1pm.  By this time, I was well and truly needing a break, and unwound by the sea eating lunch.  A fine relaxing view view to the old haa at Easter Quarff.
