Interesting day today (not!) - had my first consultation meeting (pointless) and filled in and submit my form to request Voluntary Redundancy.

Will find out on 20th if it's been accepted or if I am far too important and essential to the business that they can't cope without me.

After the email I received at work today from the man who is 'supposed' to manage my career development - I could happily leave tomorrow.

Off out later tonight to see No 1 dancing in her school show of Guys and Dolls.

Here's No 3, making a pop up Robin Christmas card, sitting next to the tree and watching Bill Murray in 'Scrooged' on the TV.

You can't get any more festive than that !
