Puppy training class

Tonight I went to my very first puppy training class. There were about ten puppies there and I was the youngest. I was also the cutest puppy there. Everyone loved me and thought I was absolutely adorable.


We had to walk around in a circle and do lots of different things. The other puppies had all been before so they knew what to do. Everything is new and strange for me but I coped very well and Ann is going to practice with me and she's going to give me some special treats like cheese or chicken to help me learn.


And guess what? Everyone was well impressed with how clever I am already. The teacher stood at one end of the hall with me and Ann had to go to the other end and shout 'Trixie come'. A lot of the older puppies couldn't do that. But I did it twice. How clever am I? Ann has been practising that with me in Kay's garden so I knew what to do.


Also Ann is going to do a little bit of training with me every day. By next puppy training class she is going to try and teach me the words, sit, stay, wait, and down.


Ann says if I work really hard I will turn into a perfect pooch.
