Breath Test Anyone

I have already done a big write-up about going to the transport museum in Glasgow  and the problems we had with sat-navs and parking machines …. but Blip lost it and I can't be arsed writing it all again.

Suffice to say this brought back so many memories, I was a bit disappointed that so many of the exhibits are stuck up on walls and ramps to that you can't actually look at them, the kids had a whale of a time and my favourite car had to be the Bentley.

I took all sorts of abstracts, close ups and weird stuff and if you want to look at some of them follow the link and have a look around.

EDIT ………

Going through to Glasgow the sat-nav wanted to take us over the Kingston Bridge, all round the dickie bush and then swim, row or use our James Bond submarine car to cross the Clyde to get to the museum.
I ignored it and went straight there.

We then had a 20 minute battle to pay for parking.
Why put in payment machines where you have to say how long you are going to be, only take coin and don't give change? (They weren't all working either).
You could phone the Council - and pay a premium for using your credit card (no chance! - the prices were way too high already) or use a phone app ….. which SWMBO already had.
However, the app would not allow her to change the registration number of the car, so she had to cancel her account and start from scratch. All fine until it refused to accept the final stage to say she was not a robot ….. 4 times! (I knew there was something weird about her).
That was when she taught the monsters a very bad word ……… Naughty Nanna.
However, eventually it all came together.
