There was an old lady...

...who swallowed a fly... 

Granny treated us to a trip to the theatre to see a pantomime.  It's the first time the boys had ever been to anything like that and they loved it! Especially the eldest.  The youngest loved bits of it, but also got a little bored (it was about an hour, so a long time to sit in one place when you are two!) 

This is one of the characters, the three actors were very good, I thought it was a lovely touch for them to come out afterwards to meet the children as they left the theatre.  

Stayed with Granny and Grandpa until early evening in the hope the boys would fall asleep in the car - it worked, so (fingers crossed) a lovely quiet evening ahead.
