Dinner!

I’ve been trying to add more healthy fat into my meals for quite a while now, and lower the starchy carbohydrates.
This dish is from a recent recipe book (about to hit the shelves) put out by ‘What The Fat’.
I added some tahini to a spicy tomato sauce I found putting its hand up in the fridge, sautéed the veg in olive oil, adding turmeric, chilli flakes, cumin, paprika & cashew nuts, plus the tuna & avocado. The wee seedling garnish is mizuni lettuce
It was really tasty!

I have to confess I played around with the recipe!
