Today's the day . . . . . . . . . to take the train

It will soon be Dominic's 4th birthday and today we got to take him out on a pre-birthday treat.

There was no question where we would go.  We all love going on the steam train between Haverthwaite and Lakeside on Windermere - and that's what we did.  It was a beautifully mild and sunny day with more than a hint of spring in the air.
