Play date

I haven't had much sleep today because I have been out and about socialising. This morning I went up to 'Juvenate' to meet all the Aqua ladies after their aquafit class. Everyone thought I was absolutely adorable. Obviously! Unfortunately Ann forgot to take photos of me.



After that I had a play date with big boy Bruno, the black lab. I was a bit scared of him at first but I soon realised he was a very nice boy. We played in his garden for about an hour. It was such fun and I think he liked me too. And the humans had lunch in the garden. It was like a summers day and it's still only February.


Then we went for an hours walk around Bruno's estate. He lives in such a nice place. He was allowed off his lead for practically the whole time. And I had to go in my stroller for some of the walk. I'm only supposed to get 15 mins of exercise a day. 15 mins of exercise isn't enough for me. If I were a proper working collie, I'd probably be running for about 40 miles a day????



Anyway I walked for a bit and then I got put in my stroller. And then I was naughty because I wouldn't sit down nicely. And I walked a bit more and I got put in my stroller again. I'm getting fed up with my stroller. I'm OK in it if there's only me & Ann, but if I'm out walking with another doggie I'd prefer to walk. All the other doggies seem to be having so much more fun than me. And I'm sure they're laughing at me because I have to get pushed around like a baby.


Anyway once we got home I fell asleep on the rug but I got put in my crate because Ann wanted to go out for a couple of hours. Apparently I have to practise staying home alone every day. I didn't mind. I didn't even remember to cry today. I was so tired I was happy to have home alone time in my crate.


….....................Ann thinks I have the potential to become a perfect pooch?!
