Looking Up

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

I was on the bus today and an older gent in front of me made a phone call. Usually people chatting loudly on the phone on public transport is very annoying, but this call was very sweet.

Obviously I could only hear his side of the conversation...

“I’m feeling very mellow”
“I like you a lot”
“I look up to you and I’m glad you’re my friend”

It made me smile that he had phoned his friend to tell them that. People should know how important they are to you.

So...I’m so glad we are friends. I love you loads.

I also look up to you but that’s mainly because I’m very short. I look up to most people!
