Healthy Start

In recent years I have taken to drawing up a ‘Bucket List’ of thirteen items, one a month with a ‘spare’, of thongs I’d like to to, see or achieve.

It has been a good start,
The Town Council has agreed to sign up to the Armed Forces Covenent.
I had my “I Was In The Royal Navy” tattoo
Today we visited Trerice House, part of the National Trust and tomorrow I get my second tattoo (no fool like an old fool!!)

Trerice is an intimate Elizabethan manor and a Cornish gem, it remains little changed by the advances in building fashions over the centuries, thanks to long periods under absentee owners.

Clare and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and have promised ourselves a return visit on a sunny day.
