Riding (Day 1430)

Feeling slightly better this morning, and with a huge improvement in the weather, the morning woofer wander was much less of a chore than it has been of late.
A little later, my beautiful wife and I made our way through to Stromness for a ride. Despite still feeling a bit shabby, it was good to be on horseback again and I really enjoyed riding George. He seems a lot more predictable than Billy, and is much easier to control, responding quickly to my commands. He is inspiring a lot of confidence in me and I am looking forward to getting out on him regularly.
Back at home later, HV and I had a walk at Lyde with the woofers before she headed off to work.
