the railway man

A short walk around the train shed and the former railway buildings throws up a few surprises.  Standing outside The Reading Room is this figure - made of railway tracks (O gauge I guess) -  suitable rusted and holding an engine in his hand.

We also come across a pond teaming with fish (some large) and bordered by very picturesque reeds, just crying out to be blipped.  

I haven't unpacked my camera since we moved here but I guess I'm going to have to now.
