Romaldkirk
A cold night preceded a dog walk then a blustery run over the Romaldkirk Moor to Mickleton and back along the disused railway. Punctuated by the dramatic Lune viaduct and a row of mole corpses hanging on the adjacent fence.
After lunch at Eggleston, we got lost in Hamsterley Forest. I'll remember the map next time.
I chose this blip of the southern transept of the kirk as thoughts go towards the terrible inferno engulfing the Notre Dame in Paris.
