Isaac enjoys lolloping around on his sister and I’d say she is equally happy with the situation.

The day started fairly slowly with too much tv and screentime but the children got bouncy all of a sudden (hurrah for recovery) and we ended up having a lovely day out of the house. Eve and Zeke were indignant about their hot feet in the sunshine so we found sandals and I was amused by their very different approaches to shopping. Later we used our free cinema tickets and saw Wonder Park which was perfectly watchable. I’d have preferred Dumbo but the concept of Disney remakes is lost on the children as they often haven’t seen the originals.

Gratefuls:

1. Bargain cinema trip;
2. Funny chatter in the car, those children are on form at the moment;
3. Our dentist who checked the children’s teeth this morning.
