Focaccia

The one I made yesterday was too dry - I used a different recipe and I wasn't that keen - so I've made some more today and stuck with what I know. I've also roasted a chicken and made some coleslaw so I'm good for meals for a day or two. I had to be around today for a delivery but I might go out tomorrow and see what's about.
