Proud pheasant
The pheasants know when I'm filling up the feeders for the smaller birds and come running over to the fence waiting for the few seeds that I throw to them. The male makes a clucking noise as he tucks in to the tasty morsels. His two females are a bit more timid but can not resist the seeds so edge their way closer.
The horses have been having lots of fun charging around the fields. The poor stable hands having a job to catch them.
The sheep have to be quick to move out of the way.Every time I see one lying down I wonder if it is about to lamb but nothing yet.
I've been chasing up a few people for recipes for our Brownie Recipe book we have over 40 recipes now and all sound delicious. We have a few from the trefoil Guild, County and district Commissioners and really pleased to have one from the Scottish Chief Commissioner.Just have to type them up now and print them, hoping to make some money for the Units :)
