Summer again?

After a week when the temperature dipped to about 5C some nights and rain on three days, today was a lovely sunny and quite warm day - and I spent it indoors watching DVDs !  I have recently finished reading 'Our Mutual Friend' for my OU course and had bought the DVDs of the BBC serialisation of it from 1998. The total running time was 6 hours so I watched three hours before lunch and three after. Good adaptation - I had watched it in 1998 but didn't remember much of it except that Timothy Spall played the taxidermist !
