Glendoick Gardens
A beautiful, warm day
This year marks the 100th Anniversary of the Gardens, between Dundee and Perth. We headed there in warm sunshine and were truly blown away by how beautiful the Gardens were. They are mainly planted with Rhododendrons of every species and colour, although there are many trees and other varieties of plants and shrubs. The Gardens are on a south facing hillside on the Sidlaw Hills, which seems to be perfect for the shrubs to grow.
You may want to see my Flikr Album which you can find here.
If you live anywhere near Dundee/Perth I would encourage you to visit soon - the Gardens are only open until the end of May. You get tickets at the Glendoick Garden Centre, just off the A92.
