Yellow Warbler

We returned to Fort River in the morning--this bird was near the entrance, as we were leaving.  It's a female (perhaps young, with its eye ring). Coming in Marylee saw one fleetingly with nesting material; we'll keep our eyes open when we return.  In the afternoon we visited an orthopedist in Springfield for hip and knee problems which Marylee has had since Paris. X-rays and consultation relieved her concern: no arthritis and mild bursitis.
