Aquilegia

Our roamings today took us towards Bromley and I spotted a sign for a Nature Reserve which just had to be investigated.

High Elms Country Park turned out to be a large public park with areas of nature reserve and a site of scientific interest.  I started to take a walk around, but was thwarted by a sudden shower which had me rushing back to the car, collecting Mum on the way.

I managed to capture a couple of shots of this Aquilegia, also with the lovely name of Granny's Bonnet, before leaving.
