Among fresh cones....

this wee Willow Warbler was hiding. The baby Wren in the extra had just left the nest with its siblings and didn't know it was supposed to hide!
A beautiful day at the loch and in the woods and bogs. The pools were abuzz with dozens of Chasers and Damselflies, wonderful to watch. Saw my first Small Copper butterfly of the season. The trees were full of Chiffchaffs, Chaffinches, SedgeWarblers and others. The loch hosted Slavonian Grebe, Little Grebe, Swans, and Coot. 
The farmer was using his dogs to round up the flock, so I was spoiled as to which shot to use.
