Pyrausta aurata

AKA The Mint Moth.

First time I've noticed one of these little fellas. Found him/her sitting on a poppy leaf in my front garden. It didn't stay long.

I continued with the repairs to Matilda (see yesterday) by giving her a run out to warm up the engine. Once all was cool again I double checked the torque settings on the cylinder head nuts. Touch wood she is good to use. 

She'll be getting a full tune-up and service next month ready for my trips to Scotland and Yorkshire in July & August.
