There's Gonna Be a Meeting Over Yonder
But I changed my mind after the first hour.
To be honest; I had forgotten, I told himself I wasn't going... and half an hour before it started he reminded me.
I agreed to go - to sit well back and leave if I got distressed.
I actually thought it was going to be over before it started.
And then it did kick off.
Oh dear god.
What is it with people that they want speak out in public, show their level of intelligence (or otherwise). I just wanted to sit there, listen to the formalities and go home.
So at half time, when an intermediary suggested we break for five minutes to calm down and have a cuppa tea - I left.
And I sat in the car for an hour and waited for himself to reappear along with his batter scars.
But he didn't have any; and he said it was okay for the most part.
I don't think I'll be partaking again. Less Stress - happier dogwithnobrain
