Bean Salad
Royal Corona bean salad with prosciutto, arugula, and parmesan. Wine: Mollydooker The Boxer Shiraz 2017.
The salad came out rather well, and while the wine was a dissonant pairing, it is a good one. (The wine was chosen for—and the second half of the bottle will be a better fit with—tomorrow’s dinner....)
