4.30am View

Another back blip from a recent holiday. We'd planned to visit Lindisfarne today but wouldn't be able to reach the island until after lunch due to the tides.

So we got up around 4.30am to capture a sunrise.......

Anyone who knows me will know I'm not an early riser at all. As we're staying on the east coast, with such a great view, we had to do at least one sunrise this week. It was really worth it.

Needless to say, we did go back to bed once the sun was up.

The extras were taken on Lindisfarne. We walked along the coast around the whole island. We had stayed here a few years ago so had visited the castle and priory before.

Beautiful weather again. But really too sunny for photography.
