Rain, rain go away

It has now been raining for two days without stopping and gum boots are now required to leave the house as the ground water is several inches deep and the geraniums have become water plants.  I therefore set about wet day activities and made six shepherd's pies and prepared the leaven for tomorrow's bake. I hope this does not presage another summer like 2007!
