Badger

What a lovely surprise I got, when I went to pick up my camera from where I had left it earlier, only to spot one of the badgers in the garden while it was still light outside. He stayed about 15 minutes, eating sunflower hearts from the ground feeder and his peanut butter sandwiches, then looked for worms and other tasty bites in the undergrowth. What a privilege to watch him 'live' as opposed to on the trail camera.
I've included what I had intended to be today's blip in the 'extras' - baby starlings being fed by their mum, as well as a few more of the badger.
