The family project to reduce our use of plastic proceeds apace; today I took delivery of a couple of wooden toothbrushes and a bag full of toothpaste tablets.

I'm trying not to beat myself up about the plastic that I do use. I think we can be pleased to have made a significant reduction in the plastic that we're accountable for. It's a great start.

The biggest surprise for me has been using an alum block instead of deodorant, which seems to be working perfectly, so far. Maybe I can put it properly to the test if summer ever arrives!
