Rescued.

A good morning’s sing with mainly dry weather.
When we got home I decided to rescue a few of the pink peonies that had been battered down by last night’s rain.

Just in time as a heavy shower, complete with thunder, started as I was cutting them.

Seems to have brightened up again now but I have these lovely pink fluffy blooms to enjoy inside for a few days.
