How to give an egg an inferiority complex

When I was paying for these egg cups in Cadaques a few weeks ago I said to the shop assistant, 'They seem a little big for normal-sized eggs'. Stony-faced he replied (translated from Spanish), 'Eggs come in many different sizes madame'. We might have to start having ostrich eggs for breakfast! I obviously didn't serve them like this to our guests :-)

Guests had slept well, enjoyed breakfast on the patio and are now walking round the barrio gotico somewhere. I'm sitting in our front room doing all the reports from my recent 3-day assessment as the course finished last Friday.
