Coming up roses - not

Went to the pool to try floating and swimming on my back.

Spoke on phone to GP and I now have been referred to a clinic that deals in physio etc. They are going to phone me in 8 days’ time to discuss things. The GP can’t refer me for a scan under the new arrangements, only this clinic can. I said I’d not had a diagnosis and was worried that all these drugs had not shifted the pain. She said the consensus is that I have arthritis in my neck, and i’ve To start the Gabapentin as well as the oramorph.

I’m really upset by the wait, the thought of it being arthritis which my mother had everywhere, and taking all these drugs which are not shifting the pain.
