Gentle Relief

Whilst I sat having a cup of tea  in the garden at 7:30 this morning, I admired this germanium and the gentle morning light.  The heat was already building.  I like warmth but I have found the heat these past three days a bit much.  This evening cooler air is blowing in through the south facing window and bringing gentle relief.  

The heat seems to have affected Merlin who has nearly escaped the garden this evening, so Andy has been out enforcing the fencing!  The courgettes, French and runner beans from the allotment are now in full flow!
