Lost Love
Started home today to dire weather forecasts of wind, and lots of rain, which influenced the route that The Bossess plotted for the journey. We did however pop in to see D and M who have the most amazing garden I have ever seen altho my view was a bit limited from the back seat of Suzz. There were wonderful ponds and some amazing planting covering very large areas and The B's were served morning coffee in their gazebo with swinging seats and climbing Jasmin, while The Boss watched the pond decoration get blown around in the building wind. Thank you both for a great morning. Big T would have been beside herself...or beside someone else I guess...with joy.
The Boss now want's to build a gazebo. Wonders will never cease says The Bossess.
On the way South The Bossess won the Chocolate Fish award for spotting this shot. Hey, you may well say what's wrong with The Boss's eyesight. Nothing but The Bossess thinks it's always better to have your eyes on the road when driving. I would personally prefer my eyes in my head because you get a slightly higher view point but it is better not to argue with The Bossess especially when she has walked a lot the day before and may be suffering from Bossess's Fatigue.
Later events proved the route decision a grrrreat choice when we found the rain had washed out a bridge and we could not have gone down the West Coast anyway and so headed for Hamner for the night.
At some time, I am sure someone lived in, and loved this family house. That love is lost but is undoubtedly replaced with a different love from folk carrying camera's and Bossess's with sharp eyes and a love of Chocolate Fish.
